Read this conversation about making a purchase aloud. Add words to finish the sentences.

You: Excuse me, I’m looking for _____?
Sales person: It’s on the second floor.
You: Thank you for your help.
Sales person: You’re welcome.
You: Can you please tell me how much this _____ costs?
Sales person: The price is $10. 99.
You: Thank you. Can I buy it now?
Sales person: Yes, this way please.

Find another English speaker on the train, in the store, or wherever you are to practice your good manners using English. Use words like thank you, excuse me, and please.

おはようございます。
丁寧な単語を使って会話してみましょう。
次の買い物をする会話を声を出して読んでください。空欄を単語で埋めて文章を完成させてください。
あなた：すみません、＿＿＿＿を探しているのですが？
店員：２階にございます。
あなた：ありがとうございます。
店員：どういたしまして。
あなた：この＿＿＿はいくらか教えていただけませんか？
店員：10ドル99セントです。
あなた：ありがとうございます。これを今買うことができますか？
店員：はい、こちらへどうぞ。

電車、お店、あるいはどこでも、英語を話す人を見つけて自分の英語でのマナーを練習しましょう。ありがとう、すみません、あるいは、お願いします、などの単語を使いましょう。
良いマナーの言葉を使ってくださりありがとうございます。
